    I love Pearl Izumi items however i forgot that their items run small. This was a gorgeous jacket. Well made, nice fabric, stylish. Would've been perfect for another layer for any kind of athletic activity. But it was a full size too small.

    Great Jacket for the money! When I first put it on, I was afraid it would be too light, but it kept me nice and toasty through my 4 mile run without overheating. It does run a bit small so get a size up if you're between sizes.

    I ordered the neon yellow for visibility since I use it mainly for commuting. The yellow is kinda dorky but the design and cut of the jacket is not. I'm sure the black one looks much more sharp. It's very wind resistant and a wool top underneath is all i need for temps in the 30s-40s. I ordered the small which is my normal size and it fits great. I've even worn a thick wool sweater underneath and it layered very well. Perfect around my chest (34") and the length is good too (I'm 5"6"). The pocket in the back is nice for gloves and whatnot. Zipper seems to function well so far and is easy to use with gloves on. oh, and it also functions very well as a rain jacket. i wasn't expecting it to be all that water resistant but its kept me perfectly dry in some bad weather. I contemplated splurging a lot more on a wind jacket but I'm really happy with this one and it was such a good price for the quality.

    This is a nice shell for running in coolish weather - not really substantial for significant cold, but nice for keeping the wind off in the fall. I wear about a size 6, and the Medium fits with enough room for a decent layer underneath (I wear it with a long sleeved lightweight merino wool shirt).

    THIS JACKET IS VERY COMFORTABLE FOR CYCLING AND RUNNING. BLOCKS WIND FOR SURE. I HAVE ANOTHER WINDBREAKER TYPE JACKET BY PEARL IZUMI AND IT DOES NOT COMPARE. PAID A LOT MORE FOR THAT ONE. LOOKS GREAT FOR ANYTIME WEAR AS WELL. I'LL BE WEARING THIS ONE OFTEN AS IT LOOKS SO NICE ON. DOES RUN ABOUT A HALF TO A FULL SIZE SMALL AS EXPECTED FOR LONG SLEEVE PEARL IZUMI PRODUCTS. IF YOUR A LITTLE BUSTY I WOULD GET ONE SIZE UP.

    I think this jacket is best for running in ~40-50 degree weather with a sleeveless top underneath. With a thicker base layer, it should take you into the 30's, but probably not below that.

    This jacket is lightweight but warm. It is very durable. Some neat finishes too. I use it to run in during cold weather over my shirts. I did order a small and medium to see which fit better. I kept the medium. I normally wear a size small.
