Verified Buyer Reviewed by The_FALKO from Pacific Beach, San Diego on Wednesday, December 31, 2014I wear these as a base layer while Mountain Biking Mission Trails in SD on the 10 days/yr it get below 60 degrees. Outer layer is Gore Alp-X w/ a built in chamois/liner. This combo works ideal, great compression, not too hot or sweaty on the climbs or too cool on the descents. The caveat here is that M Trails are "burst" climbs usually < 500' on hard pack w/ lots of loose golf ball size stones so how they would work on "grinders" is up to you to find out. Sizing is regular "American" so go by the PI sizing chart.
Reviewed by zamboney from New Mexico on Monday, January 27, 2014I wear a 30" waist in most pants, but the smalls were tight on me. They also don't have the stretchyness I expected from other PRO products I've used - such as the cycling bibs form PZ. If you are on the cusp of two sizes - order the size up!
Reviewed by marty from towson, md on Tuesday, October 8, 2013These are great but there is no padding. They are just a liner
Reviewed by Hammer517 from Michigan on Tuesday, August 27, 2013Getting ready for the cooler weather, tried out on cooler morning and could tell that they were great. Fit under my regular shorts with no problem.
Reviewed by MaineCyclist from Maine on Thursday, April 18, 2013I don't always want to wear a ful length second layer but want protection in all the right places. These are perfect!
