    Pros:
    Durable Sole
    Describe Yourself:
    Casual/ Recreational
    Sizing:
    Feels full size too big
    Bottom Line:
No, I would not recommend this to a friend
I normally wear a size 6.5, I ordered a size 38 and had to return for a 37 which fits perfectly. The surface under foot is so hard will have to add an insert. A minimalist shoe but works for the money.

I use these shoes mainly for spinning, and they're great. They are very comfortable and have great ventilation.

For the price you pay, these shoes are well worth it! I use them for spin class and they work for my purpose. They run true to size in length. I ordered a 38 which they say is a size 6.5, which is usually the size I wear in sneakers. They do run a little wide but with the velcro enclosures, the width is easily adjustable.

I am a beginner cycler. I go to the Monday and Friday 5:30am cycling class at the gym! All the other participants had cycling shoes, so I decided to buy a pair. The shoes do make a difference in the work out. I would not mind more arch and cushio support in the shoes, but otherwise I am a happy camper.
