5.0 out of 5 stars. Great Padding

I was looking for an all-day cycling short and these are perfect. They are shorter than some and run a little smaller - I am a size 10 and usually wear a large in cycling clothes, but needed to exchange the large for medium in these. I bought both these and another PI from Sierra that had the elite chamois and was much more expensive, but these pad just as well as the other. I think I'm a convert now to PI bottoms.

Comfortable waist. Short legs. Not great for biking. No leg grips so they ride up and pinch when riding.

Great looking shorts, but about a size (or two) smaller. I ordered the 4 and it was like a 0 or a 2.

I have quite a few (about 6) pairs of Pearl Izumi bike shorts and I always wear a medium. Got a medium and they were too tight. Sent them back and ordered a large. They seem a little big, but kept them anyway. I have only wore them once on the trainer and they were ok, but when really leaning over for a long time the waistband tends to curl up. Waistband looks great but not functional for my body type. I like the pad and I am short so the 8 in inseam is great. So, I probably would not buy these again as I don't like the fit and the waist band curls up after a couple of hours of sweaty riding.

Odd fit...Runs a little large. Too short in the leg for me. Very nice fabric, style and workmanship.

I ordered the size small, and just trying to get these on was almost an exercise in itself. A bit tight for my taste, I could probably get away with using these, but I felt a little bit like a sausage in them. 5'3" 110, athletic build,
