Am currently using for spin class but will also use for road biking. Wear a 36 in a regular ladies shoe but have SIDI cycling shoes in a 37 so I got these in a 37 as well. The SIDI's are snug at a 37 whereas these are more true to size and have a smidge more toe room. Not too big though, and good if you want to wear a slightly thicker sock.

I like the tie and velcro closures, but won't be easy for the adventure triathlon. Comfortable on the bike, not so for extended walking. Would buy again!

Pear Izumi is a good company & I was very happy to acquire these cycling shoes @ a reasonable cost. In addition they match my bike :) They are both comfortable, well made & good looking.
