    I like the tie and velcro closures, but won't be easy for the adventure triathlon. Comfortable on the bike, not so for extended walking. Would buy again!

    Am currently using for spin class but will also use for road biking. Wear a 36 in a regular ladies shoe but have SIDI cycling shoes in a 37 so I got these in a 37 as well. The SIDI's are snug at a 37 whereas these are more true to size and have a smidge more toe room. Not too big though, and good if you want to wear a slightly thicker sock.

    I really like the shoes and they work great for my spinning class. The only thing I'm not crazy about is that they get a little bit warm when doing a hard workout. I wish they had a little bit better ventilation. Also, please be aware that they do run small. I typically wear a size 7 or 7 1/2, but ordered an 8 due to the advice of others who purchased these shoes.
