Most Helpful 5-Star Review
Reviewed by Kate from Utah on Friday, October 25, 2013Skirt arrived safely and quickly and fits perfectly. I love it.
Reviewed by Catlover from Nevada on Thursday, August 1, 2013This skirt is even more beautiful in person. I love the shine in the fabric and the color is nice too: dark navy. The lining is a plus also. There are pleats around the waistband, but not unflattering, which make this skirt looking even more feminine and has a cute retro look. The only thing is sizing. It is a little large in the waist area, so I ordered one size down then my regular size and it is perfect. There are also pockets in the side seams. The skirt has just the right length, it falls below the knees. Very pleased.
Reviewed by Mo-Mo, the Survivor. from Hamden, CT. on Saturday, July 6, 2013I feel terrible about writing a negative review, but I want to be honest. This skirt arrived Petite, in stead of Regular, which was O.K. But there were other points about the skirt. The Fabric itself was -in my opinion- TOO shiney and slippery, - to me - it looked more like plastic than silk. The pleats all around made me look like a balloon, about 40 Lbs. overweight. On the picture, ik looked like the waistband was at waist level, but with me, the too large waistband
was hanging on my hips. And being used to Pendleton's Perfect skirts, made in the USA, this skirt was made in China. Perhaps that was why.
The Petite skirt (which, of course could have been changed for Regular) ended above the knees, made me look like a very round balloon, and felt uncomfortable hanging on my hips. A top Over it would have made the look worse, and a top tucked in would have looked even worse than that.
I returned the skirt immediately. It was just not for me.
Other than that, I have had only great satisfaction with Pendleton Skirts, and I have never been disppointed with Sierratradingpost.
