This would be a perfect LBD... if I could get into it.... It isn't a matter of size, but of a super narrow shoulder and tight cap sleeve. When I had it half zipped up I realized I could never get it all the way zipped because already I couldn't move my arms, even though it would have fit in the bust. If you have kind of a flat top and narrow shoulders it might work, and the quality is fine. Has a lining but even the outer part is substantial enough, yet not heavy. Very disappointed.

  • 3.0 out of 5 stars. Loved the style but not the color

I bought this dress in pink. It was a washed out pink color, that did not look good on me. The dress was very well made, and I would have kept it except for the color.

About Pendleton

The history of Pendleton blankets dates back to the mid-19th century, when a young man named Thomas Kay travelled west to Oregon and opened a mill in Salem. Kay’s grandchildren eventually went on to establish a mill in Pendleton, Oregon, which crafted blankets and robes for American Indians living in the region, including the Nez Perce, Navajo and Hopi nations. By the early 20th century, the Pendleton clothing line was expanded to include suiting and apparel, including the now legendary Pendleton virgin wool shirt. Today, this renowned American brand owns and operates seven manufacturing facilities as well as 75 Pendleton retail stores.
