The Penguin Footwear story all started back in 1955 when a carefree salesman from Minneapolis named Abbot Pederson bought a stuffed penguin in a New York City gift shop. After taking the bird home with him, Pederson had an idea to create his own company, and the original Penguin brand was born. Although the brand was revamped in the early 2000s, Penguin shoes still retain the superior quality and style that made Penguin sneakers such a success half a century ago. Go with an American original and give Penguin Footwear a try.

I have owned several pairs of Penguin shoes in the past few years and the brand is top notch; however the material shows the bend mark at the toes right away. It takes away from the look of the shoe. They are true to size and comfortable. The price was awesome.
