“I have used a number of support camisoles, including ones with and without a bra enclosed with and without padding. These give very good support even with out a built in bra. Another plus is that the fabric stays put, I don't have to keep pulling it into place. I have lost 30 pounds in about 4months on a low carbohydrate diet. and I have the extra large size and it still fits me.
It doesn't have the support needed to fill out blouses or dresses that have a defined bodice area. I wear a size 8 to 10 now, and was wearing 12-14 before.”
