I have flat arches and wear prescription orthotic insoles, and it's hard to find cute shoes I can wear them with. My insoles make these fit perfectly, and the shoes are good for "hiding" them. I wear these with both pants and dresses/ skirts. The leather stretches, and with the elastic heel strap, you get a great custom fit. They are comfortable for walking around. My only complaints would be that the sole would be more attractive in a natural material like cork or wood, and that my foot occasionally tips sideways in these because of the solid platform. Not sure if it's just because my feet tend to do that anyway.
