    As other buyers noted, these do need to be broken in. I stuffed tissue in the toe to stretch them faster, but I did get a blister on the back of my right foot the first time I wore them. Think they'll b great once the leather stretches.

    Love these shoes! This is my second pair of this model, my third pair of Pikolinos. They are very comfortable: I have a relatively wide foot and these shoes are flexible enough to accommodate that in a regular size. Hope to find more Pikolinos in future offerings!

    I own several of this make shoe. You have to stretch it out to fit your foot, but once you do they are comfortable and stylish to wear. They are handmade, excellent quality, good leather, beautifully made.

    They looked much better on the picture. I bought sz 40 which corresponds to 9.5 and they were sooooo small... they are very rough and squeezed my feet and like i said i didnt like the way they looked. If you are buying them though go full sz up.

    I have several pairs of pikolinos and they do seem to run 1/2 size small but because of the very soft leather they are made from after a couple of wearings they usually are much more comfortable. If you want something right out of the box that is comfortable I'd say order 1/2 larger, otherwise they are very nice shoes and can look good in a number of different activities and settings.
