    No, I would not recommend this to a friend
    This is a really nice looking, beautifully made shoe and if it had fit I would wear it often. Problem is, it's rather narrow and pointy in the toe and high in the vamp-my little toes are squeezed and the top of my foot is pinched. I have two pairs of shoes in a similar style by Elle which are much rounder in the toe, and I wear them all the time. I liked the rich dark brown color of these Pikolinos, but I sent them back because they were uncomfortable to wear. If you have a narrow, low volume foot they may be just the thing for you.

    This is my first pair of Pikolinos but certainly not my last! I never understood what all the fuss was about, but now I know! Beautiful shoes, elegant lines and with the feel of house slippers. Wore them all weekend long and it was a dream.
