    I really like the look of this hat and I get lots of compliments. Unfortunately, after wearing it maybe a dozen times one of the balls fell off. I was able to tie it back on with some loose strings and it seems to be holding although I wear it less regularly now. Maybe not so good for an everyday hat. The weave isn't very tight either so it's a little drafty on colder days. It's a nice hat, but not for serious outdoor play.

    I like the color and style of this hat but it's not great, unfortunately, because of a few things: - The balls that hang down are a bit too big and swing around a lot - The hat itself is too big so it's not very flattering - The material is soft but it feels like it may not be terribly warm when it gets really cold (i.e. I wouldn't use it for skiing) Overall it was a good price and I wear it but it could be better.

    This color is called "berry," looks maroon in the picture, and is actually purple, with brown around the edge, and brown yarns sticking out all over. It really covers a lot, coming way down to the brow line and temples, and is rather thick and very soft. It just doesn't match my coat, after all, and looks strange on an old lady.

    I bought this hat for my mom for Christmas. It came with a hole in it. The construction of the hat seemed very weak and if I didn't send it back right away, I wouldn't be surprised if it were to get more holes in it. While it is certainly a stylish hat, don't say I didn't warn you.
