Pistil Ribbed Headband (For Women)

This was not intended to have a buttonhole. The knit is loose enough to put the button through wherever you need to to adjust the fit. I have found it to be soft and warm. Often I wear it in the house during the evening when its chilly and I dont want to turn up the furnace. I knit - and could make my own - but at this price its so much easier to buy!

Cute headband keeps hair away from face and ears warm! Only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is the button gets caught in my hair sometimes

This is a great headband. Ultra soft and stretchy. I read other review & decided to order anyway and I am glad I did. I have a large head and it was certainly stretchy enough for me. The button fit through the knitting just fine. It is warm and very soft. I would love to see it in more colors.

Use this headband/headwarmer all the time. Stylish, lightweight, but very warm and fits very well. Would highly recommend to people like myself who don't like wearing hats, but obviously need some protection "up top" from the elements. Bought two different colors, and love, love them!!

Much too small for an average size person with thick hair.

I saw this Headwarmer in a high-end Catalog and ordered one, however I canceled the item when it was back-ordered. They still sell them for more than twice what you can buy one for here, so this is a real bargin! I purchased two of them from Sierra Trading and I really enjoy them. Since I live in SoCalif, I usually wear them walking in the early morning. I have a small head so I appreciate the fact that I can make a hole for the button anywhere on the woven headband.

I ordered them in all 3 colors, they are nice. Although I have another Pistil headband that is made of better yarn these are still stylish and great to wear.

Anyone with two sticks, some string and an hour to kill can easily make one for themselves using the free pattern that has been available online since 2006.
