“Cannot recommend this for any activity requiring heavy breathing: too restrictive, and doesn't really get a good seal without the user effectively pursing their lips. Essentially, it amounts to breathing thru a Brasso scouring pad. Useless for any sort of exercise, I can only surmise using it for snowmobiling or downhill skiing, where you have a motor or ski lift doing the heavy lifting for you.”
