The only complaint for me is that the ankle strap is too long and there isn't enough velcro to make them tighter. I think a full size smaller would be too small. For the great price I got these well made shoes for its worth it to have the shoemaker add some velcro for me. I've only had them a week but got alot of compliments. This is my first time with Portlandia shoes, never heard of them prior to this. But I can tell they are well made. Can wear them all day with no problems. The heal is the perfect height not too high not loo low. Wish they had them in other colors available.

The heel strap that wraps the back of the foot seems too long and can't be adjusted. When buckled around the ankle, it still slips with each step. Too bad, because it's a cute sandal.
