I wear a Large usually, so ordered the XL. Put it on and was a little snug but fit good. Then I tried to raise my arms and only got halfway! It was so tight in the shoulders and armpits. The chest size must be 40-42, Isn't an XL supposed to be 44-46?

Jacket fit both chest and waist, crossing my arms, weird tightness front of shoulders, length of sleeves incredibly long, gorilla length, easily 3" beyond my fingertips.
Quality, looks are wonderful. Jacket just didn't fit me -
