    No, I would not recommend this to a friend
    The fabric is very thin--I tend to like opaque over translucent, even in white. The style is not quite what I anticipated--the pant legs flair a bit more than anticipated. It may be just a bit more trendy than I am used to. They also are a bit big--I'll need a belt.

    these are a good two sizes too small, I tend to order my whites a little bit big, followed the others shoppers advice and ordered up even more, WAY TOOO SMALL and 100% cotton, I would hate to see what they would be like once washed, there are so many nice, welll made white pants out there, save your money ,.
