“I got the Med. which is probably a true size med. (I don't think Small was available). It fits but a small would probably fit better (I'm 5'2, 120). The neck tie helps make it adjust to your size but then if I tie it too tight, it becomes uncomfortable around my neck so then I loosen the neck and then the back loosens and falls below my bra. For the price I got this for, I am making it work (I really like the colors and embroidery design).”
