I am a petite 2 /4 and usually can wear XS with this company but I had a difficult time even getting it on me. I think it must have been an off size / odd piece and just returned it as I don't think the S size up would have worked on me.

I am 5'0", 115#, 35" chest. The small in this one is snug, whereas it fit in previous ones I ordered. I usually wear medium in Prana (e.g., Quinn), and that would probably be better for this run as well. Hope that helps.
