Reviewed by Bucket from NC on Tuesday, April 16, 2013whew- I was just instantly comforted in reading review entitled " have I gained weight since yesterday?"-top is snug indeed- and wasn't at all flattering on me- I am 5'3" and 135 lbs....workout every other day- no runway model, fer sure- but, I like to think I look better in most tops than I did in this- back mine goes, too! My suggestion would be to order up-! On a positive note- the fabric is nice- good quality but v neck didn't do me any favors ( which they usually do)..something about the gathering, I think....

But this top says "wow, I'm lumpy" in the same way that packing a size 10 body into a size 8 swimsuit says it - and in fact this top has fit and sizing very similar to a swimsuit. I am 5'7" and weigh 150#, at least some of which is shoulder and leg muscle (I'm a martial arts instructor). I usually do very well with an 8 bottom and a 10 top. I bought the L in this top, described as size 12-14. And, yes, the fit is *very* close to the body and stretchy-tight, just like a size 12 swimsuit would be. I see that this top has gotten great reviews; were they all from girls wearing XS? In the photo the front shows slightly loose; in person, not at all. My grandmother, rest her soul, would have called this look "ten pounds of sausage in a five pound bag." I'm not a runway model, but I'm not a plus size either - except in this. Back it goes.
