prAna Tenaya Pants (For Women)

The waist on the pants has an adjustable pull to alter the waist band. The pants are much longer than average length pants, but all Prana pants are long. Prana pants are the perfect comfortable pant. Due to the length, I have all of my Prana pants hemmed. They are worth keeping even with the need for length alterations. These pants are really cute and comfy.

the pants are a great look and extremely comfortable. the waist has a perfect rise, not too high on the waist but not too low. the waist also is too big but it has a clever little thing on it which cinches it in to just the right amount. it's not that noticeable that it is gathering in the waist as it's not that much. and since the rest of the pants fit so well, i thought it was worth keeping them. however they are probably close to 6 inches too long. they really should be cut off as there is so much fabric, just turning them under and hemming makes much too large a hem. so be prepared to do some cutting or take them to be altered unless you're 6 feet tall.

I was super excited about these pants because they seemed versatile enough for hiking, climbing and traveling, as well as every day stylin'. The waist fits perfectly, but the leg length is unfortunately a deal-breaker. I was quite happy to purchase them at [$], but I'm not willing to expend the extra effort/cost to have them hemmed well by someone who knows what they're doing. So back to the warehouse they go. On a bright note, long-legged women rejoice! These pants will be perfect for you. (So when I say I would recommend them to a friend, I limit that to the long-legged friend variety.)

I am 5'10" and usually have trouble find long enough pants but these were perfect! No de-hemming required!

I purchased a pair of these pants the first year they came out. They fit great and weren't too tight around my hips/thighs. Unfortunately, this pair has a slimmer cut that doesn't work for me. So I can't recommend if you have generous hips/thighs and a smaller waist. However, if you have a slim build, I would highly recommend these pants. The fabric is wonderful. They are durable but not too heavy to wear hiking in the summer.
