This is the same old Gentle Leader of the past, but the "Eco" packaging is the only difference I can see. All cardboard instead of a blister pack. No big deal to me. But the price on these from STP was unbelievable! So I stocked up. Plus, this one even included the leash (which I don't care about since I don't like nylon leashes, but it's always nice to have a spare leash lying around).

I have a boxer lab mix who weighs about 60 pounds. The medium is for a smaller dog. So, order large if you are in between sizes.
