    These earrings are a good buy. They are antiqued so they do not particularly need any polishing. They are light and practically as nice as many more expensive earrings. They are a good option for travel so the expensive stuff can stay home. The only downside is that you have to like smoky quartz which is not necessarily the brightest stone for bringing out a person's complexion.

    I ordered the matching necklace too. The only negative of the earrings is that the butterfly backs do not hold up the earrings properly. Instead I replaced the small butterfly backings with disc backing which work great. They did not feel heavy while wearing.
