1 liter is a good backup fuel container size for the car. Lid has a locking feature to keep young hands from opening the bottle.

I didn't expect the 'click type' gas cap style lid but it works fine. I use this in combination with my Whisper-lite stove for trips longer than 4 days in cold climate. My previous 22oz MSR would be near empty near the end. This container gives me the option to extend the trip an extra day if needed.

Got this bottle yesterday. It looks really cool and says Primus! Haha, good band. Plus there is a skull and Fire Warning on it. When I got it, it smelled pretty bad inside. Rinsed with Soap and Water and smell immediately went away. I am not a fan of the Child Safe top. I am going to look for an alternate top for this. Or Mod the exsisting one so I dont have to press in to unscrew or rescrew.

I use this as a water bottle, works great for that. I can't comment on its fuel capabilities because I don't use it for that.

I use these fuel bottles as compact containers for spare motorcycle fuel when doing off-road riding. It's nice having peace-of-mind and not worrying about running out of gas.

It is a fuel bottle. What more is there to say. It is light and holds fuel. Cap works well and has a good solid loop to attack it to the outside of a pack.
