Pot will bend if much pressure is applied to it if not careful packing it in a backpack. Non stick coating looks nice but I haven't tried it out with something that would stick.

The pot was large enough to cook meals for 6, the non stick surface works well and is durable, the pot is light and best of all, the heat dispersal system significantly reduces cooking time. Really pleased with this product and can highly recommend it.
