Question “This is labeled as titanium, yet the specs say it is anodized aluminum. Which is it?”

  • Answer The pots have a titanium multi-layer non-stick coating over the Anodized Aluminum. I hope this helps

  • Answer Aluminum with a titanium anodization on the surface which makes the surface hard and "non-stick". Not as non-stick as a teflon type coating but easier to clean than just aluminum. Actually lighter than titanium alone would be. Kind of the best of both.
