    I wear this light on my hard hat and I am impressed by the way the elastic strap stays put, my last light kept slipping off. You press it on and you press it off you don't have to keep pressing the button to cycle through different modes. I like this light very much.

    No, I would not recommend this to a friend
    It is very bright and has only the one mode with all 6 LEDs on. A light at this price should have a mode to turn on fewer LEDs to extend battery life when a bright light is not needed. The battery life is only 4 hours.
