The Primus Stena Stove looks to be a fine product, however it does not include a plastic carrying case like similar products sold elsewhere do and the price of $37.50 seems high.

Works well but find the flame is either high or off. Hard to adjust to less flame as it shuts off. Price was right though. Butane canisters easy to find and not expensive.

The stove is comparable in its features to similar offerings from Coleman, Stansport (Walmart),
GasOne (Amazon), Chef-master (various online stores) and a bunch of other brands. It does what
it's supposed to do and allows you to cook decent meals outdoors. (My favorite is a combination
with a Lodge 10 1/2" square grill pan). I compared it with a Coleman stove which is almost half
the cost, smaller in size and comes with a plastic carry box (the Primus doesn't). Coleman won.

Once I figured out how to place the top, because who needs directions anyways; it worked great. The best thing is that it can be used indoors. The fuel isn't hard to find if you don't try to find the Primus brand, because the company makes appliances and not fuel canisters. I am very pleased with this unit and am glad that I took a chance at such a GREAT price!

About Primus

A pioneer of outdoor cooking gear since 1892, Primus stoves are recognized around the world for providing trail-side cooking power in technically sophisticated and smartly engineered designs. Primus tests every stove before it leaves the production facility to ensure your Primus stove will work when you need it most. In addition to portable stoves, Primus also crafts lanterns, water bottles, compact cookware and fuel bottles, each designed to enhance your camping or backpacking experience. To add convenience, several gas-powered Primus lanterns and stove models are powered by the same type of gas cartridge, meaning you only need to carry one type of fuel.
