We got tired of trying to cook over a charcoal fire all the time and decided to invest in a stove for base camp, but we also wanted one light enough to go for a minimal overnight or hiker's lunch. This one works for both purposes. Boils liquid fast, lightweight, stable. To get lighter, you're probably sacrificing features or paying much more. Only trouble we had is that sometimes the retractable blades stick a little bit. Good product overall.

This is a good aluminum bottle at a great price. My only concern is that it's kind of hard getting the water out. Like most hard bottle, you've got to suck hard in order to get the water out. Otherwise it's sturdy. For outdoors, it's great; but for the gym, don't bother.

I use these fuel bottles as compact containers for spare motorcycle fuel when doing off-road riding. It's nice having peace-of-mind and not worrying about running out of gas.

This is a nice water bottle. Only real complaint is that the sports cap leaks when you try to drink from it. Great if you like that fresh drooled on look. The other cap works well and its a good price.

Takes forever to open and the bottle conducts the cold right into your hand while the water warms up. Poor design.

Have you ever been frustrated reading by flashlight in your tent, because one hand must hold the flashlight or you must precariously balance the flashlight, and then every time you turn the page you have to readjust the flashlight? This is a way to read comfortably in your sleeping bag without the pain of a flashlight. For this alone the head lamp is worth it! It really does illuminate nicely when walking at night, while keeping hands free. I like that you can adjust the angle of the beam. The only things that kept me from rating it 5 stars: 1. The intensity of the beam is non-adjustable; it is always on maximum; 2. The 75-hour battery life is much shorter than other headlamps; 3. If a diode burns out, you can't replace it, so you'd have to buy a new head lamp. That said, I paid under $15 on sale for this product, and the price can't be beat! Great value.
