    Pros:
Long battery life, Simple to operate
    Cons:
    No Beam Adjustment
    Best Uses:
    Backpacking, Car Camping, Emergency Lighting
    Describe Yourself:
    Avid Adventurer
    Bottom Line:
Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
A decent headlamp is a wonderful thing and, like a Swiss Army knife, something you want to always have with you (in the car; extra one in the pack; on the boat; in the nightstand; in the toolkit) - you know what i mean...This is the basic model - 5 light settings; 1 button operation; long battery life - the basics you need without the complicating fluff or cost. I would not use as a primary for night hiking, mountain climbing or anything where you need a good strong beam but for basic illumination when the power is out; tire needs to be changed; trying to thread a screw in a dark corner behind the dryer - yeah, this will serve you well.

Just tried the headlamp for a nighttime cross country ski and it worked great. Very light weight so it's good for running as well. Quite bright for its super compact size. Only con would be costly CR2032 batteries, but those can be found relatively inexpensively online. Haven't owned long enough to comment on battery life.

A lot of switches are improved from the model before the operativeness of the switch is good very lightly as for the pattern of the light. I feel the crack of 2LED bright though the battery longevity is not understood because it began still just to use it.

I use this headlamp to do feeding and watering and other chores before and after work in the winter when it is dark during those hours. I don't know much about headlamps, but this one is perfectly functional, it helps me get the job done.

Nice and Bright but the wire that connects the battery pack and the Bulb is almost 3 feet long meaning if you wear this light you will have a circular coil of wire hanging from the band that is ridiculous. Makes this headlamp a pain in the you-know-where to use.
