Pro Gear Wading Shoes - Cleated Rubber Sole

I did not have a pair of wader boots for soft bottom water. These are nice and do well in muck/sand bottom water. They are styled nicely and could be worn as a nice causual boot BUT they are sized large to be worn with wader liners and not just socks. You could almost go a half size down but with good thick neoprene liner use, they are sized correctly. Great buy.

I haven't had a chance to wear these in the water yet. Around the house, I have tried them with waders and found them to be a great match with my stocking-foot Hodgmans.

Solid boots. They run big to fit waders so get normal size or a half size down.

I wear a size 11 street shoe but took a big risk in ordering a size 10 in this boot because it was the last size available. I needed a wading boot to fit over my breathable waders. Thankfully, they fit and I used them on the stream for the first time and they were relatively comfortable. Do not be confused when they say they are "studded". There are not metal studs, just plain rubber soles. They are a good value and highly recommended for a recreational fisherman on a budget. If you are a "gear guy", these are below your acceptable level of quality.
