My feet were warm and comfy while everyone else in their breathables were freezing. But, I'd be scared to fish them above 45 degrees. They are that warm and sweaty. If you want a sturdy, cold weather wader, this is the best I've owned.

Yes, they are VERY heavy -- but that's not the worst thing about them. The worst thing is the the way they fit. First, a little about me: I'm 5'10", 190 pounds, wear 36x32 pants, and have a size 10 shoe.... a fairly average size and build. These waders will NOT fit someone with that build. I struggled like heck just to get them on and finally had to call in my wife for help. I've never seen such an odd fit before -- they're *extremely* tight from the ankle to the knee, and that's what makes them so hard to put on. After finally getting them on I found that the crotch has about halfway between my waist and my knees even pulled up all the way. And speaking of waist -- oh, it would've fit about 60" or so. So, if you're 5'10" tall with a 60" waist, 24" inseam, and toothpicks below the knees, these are probably perfect for you. Anyone else -- AVOID! Mine are on the way back to STP.

Reviewed by Kent from Knoxville, TN on Tuesday, March 12, 2013These are great waders but very heavy duty and not comfortable. No stretch to any material in the waders including the straps so if you move around a lot they will be very cumbersome. Very warm though.
