    I participate in triathlons and this top transitions from the swim to the bike to the run perfectly. I wear my own running bra under (which I prefer to an internal self bra) so I can control the amount of support. The zip neck allows max aerodynamics during the bike, but lets me loosen up a bit for the run. Dries in a flash. No rubbing around my arms.
