“My waist measures 37" or 36" snug. The L size just seemed too tight everywhere. There wasn't a front liner like swimming "jammers" have. I'm keeping the Zoot (item# 1377N) I also ordered in XL. It has a front liner, 2 nice pockets on your hips, and better use of reflective material in my opinion.”
