Reviewed by Ezridr57 from Boston on Monday, May 13, 2013Shirt is well made of quality material. Description is a apt: it certainly is lightweight. As such, it will make an excellent go-to layer when just a bit of extra protection and warmth is needed while hiking or for similar activities, and it is light and packable, so having it along won't weigh me down, even if I don't need it. The shirt is not insulated and fabric is thin (not cheap -- it's sturdiness is derived from the ripstop nature of it) so I won't be counting on it for serious protection from cold or blustery conditions, but it cuts wind effectively and with a good under layer should be just right in cool and windy climes. Fit is a bit snug - I am 5'10, 200 lbs, and large usually works for me - the large in this appears cut for slimmer guys. Still, given that a light under garment is all I am going to be wearing in concert with this, the fit will be fine.

He has worn them shooting and found them satisfactory. We would have ordered more if there had been anymore in his size.

The other pair was missing a belt loop and the others were out of place. The fit was good and they will hold up. I just won't be able to use them as I intended.
