I should have read the description more closely. I assumed there were built in shorts. I don't know how this could be worn for any activity without flashing everyone. I suppose one could wear it with shorts underneath. I returned it.

I use my in home treadmill faithfully and prefer using workout skirts or skorts. This dress is cute but not true to it's size so order a size larger. I ordered a medium but fit like a small.

It fits great, except that I'm 5'9" and it barely covers my bum. If I was 5'5" it would probably be great for doing just about anything in. But it's so cute and comfy I'll be using it for a swim cover-up and yard work and possibly a workout, but with knee length tights underneath.

    • Cons: Too Short

I never write reviews, but this dress is great. I wouldn't wear it for more than a six mile run, since it would chafe. I wear it with small black running shorts since it's kind of short, but I'm tall so I like that extra caution of modesty. This dress is super flattering. I can run, then 'run' errands around town and look cute.
    • Best Uses: Running, Shorter runs busy day, Warm Weather
    • Cons: Chafes after six miles
    • Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational
    • Pros: Allows Free Movement, Breathable, Comfortable, Dries Quickly, Durable, Lightweight, Look great on errands

I am 5ft 4.5inches, 31inch inseam and this dress is quite short. Will have to wear either racing brief, tights, or compression shorts under the dress to wear in public. I have broad shoulders for my weight/size but this dress allows for free movement in the shoulders.

Easily hides flaws without sacrificing looks. Will be wearing in a southern race in January, and will have a better idea of how it works outside
