I liked this shoe but I needed a wider size. Brought back memories of high tops I use to wear back in the late 70's, 80's. I didn't get to wear them around so I don't know how they feel after a while wearing them.

I like Puma shoes! They are very lightweight good looking sneakers. This model is no exception. They are "fussy" though....the high tops are hard to just slip into, but really, all high tops are. These are more work than usual though...You have to pull the laces out of the top two holes and then loosen the laces very liberally down to about the middle of the shoe so that you can pull the tongue outward and voila-foot goes in--same process--foot comes out! If you;ll notice--all Puma high tops have round laces so it makes this process easier--flat laces would be a pain. Watch out for the heel area: there is some molding material at the bottom of the heel that will scrunch down and you'll feel it! Make sure it's properly positioned and it will improve the fit. Which reminds me-these shoes are designed to mold to your foot, which is why I'm willing to put up with the lacing--you adjust the shoe to fit your foot-the lacing is essential. I wear them with no socks or very light socks--they breathe. Non-existent arch support--it;s a sneaker--after all. One design flaw (which lost a star) is that the top two holes are grommets so you have to push the laces through them and it's a tight space.

These shoes are pretty comfy. Surprised at the cushioning, and happy with the amount of support. I bought these because I have ankle and foot issues and I needed a lot of lateral support for my P90X3 workouts. These are working out fine. The price was great. I didn't give 5 stars because the materials don't seem like they will last for a long time, very lightweight material.
