    This would be too impractical for me. It is much more flared than in the photo. Unless you want to do the total 50's look it is unflattering. It is quite short as well so this accentuates the flare.

    This skirt is perfect for me. The appliques are lovely and work well against the soft diagonal stripes print of the skirt. It's 'different' in the nicest way and I wear it with two different coloured (but colour completemented to the skirt)long tank tops and a belt.

    If you like the "anthropologie" refined-bohemian look, get this skirt. The applique flowers are very well done. The pink hemline at the bottom is a sort of netting material that adds to the intentional "shabby" look, and it works. It is dry clean only but I'm hoping hand washing and line drying with a warm iron for wrinkles will work ok.
