Reviewed by tabletoo from AZ on Thursday, June 06, 2013This is a very good quality pan, however the picture shows the NON-STICK version with the red gasket which matches the 8-inch and 9-inch non-stick pans also offered here. This is (as stated) the anodized aluminum version of the pan and it is NOT non-stick and it has a blue gasket and a less lustrous surface. That's fine, and actually I have serious reservations about using non-stick cookware, however the picture is misleading. Also I bought it to have a matched set with the 8 and 9 inch pans - I know this is trivial so I am only marking it down one star. I have used the non-stick pans and they are great and I expect that this one will be at least very good. I just wanted to post a review quickly so others would not mistake this one for being a match to the others. This pan is a full 3 inches in depth and there are possibly useful marks on the inside to indicate 1 inch and 2 inches in depth. BTW, I know some people have remarked on the pans leaking. I have not had any problem. I do follow the directions to butter/oil the entire pan inside before putting it together and filling it which seems to increase the security of the gasket seal.
