Reviewed by Mark from Maryland on Tuesday, June 11, 2013I'm 5' 10", 185 with a 35-36" waist. The large size fit me OK. The waist, the rise, and the fit at the end of the legs were fine. I do think the body of the legs was a little more loose than I would have anticipated. The padding in the seat is pretty comfortable but it seems to me like it's positioned a little too far back. It cushions my sit bones well but not the bottom of my man-parts where I seem to get the most tender from the bike seat.

But the padding makes up for it! super soft, non-intrusive, and I even wore these under my work clothes for 8 hours after my commute! They're that comfy. I wear a 34 in jeans, 34-36 in compression underwear and these fit good, not too tight on the legs. BTW: the extended padding up in the front doubles as a slight weather-guard when those harsh cold winds threaten your nether-regions!

Reviewed by Craig from Tennessee on Sunday, May 26, 2013I am so glad I bought these. They have become my favorite shorts. Reason #1 is that the pad is wide at the crotch area. Other shorts seem to skimp on material at the crotch, which often causes chafing and irritation. Reason #2 is that the gel is adequate, but I don't feel like I am wearing a diaper. The legs may be more suited to thinner legs such as mine. They might feel too snug on larger legs.
