Love these liner socks. I use them for everyday socks, they are thin but warm and aren't bulky under dressier shoes. I like all Smartwool socks, but these seem to wear longer than the other hiking and casual socks. I wish they made them in colors.

I knew when I ordered these that they were seconds, and I was okay with that. However, I expected a strange toe seam, an odd crew height, a misshapen ankle seam, etc. I did not expect a hole in the heel. I'll probably be able to wear these only a few times before the hole gets too big. We've ordered from Sierra several times in the past months, and I highly recommend the company overall, but I won't purchase seconds in socks again.

I wear these to work with black slacks. They keep my feet dry and comfortable all day.

These socks are great and the price is even greater! I've enjoyed these socks at full value so for a reduced price when the 2nds quality is only cosmetic is GREAT!

I liked these so much as shoulder season socks that I bought two more pair. In temperate Oregon, I don't usually use liner socks, but these are just fine on their own and they stay up without being too tight.
