Question “i have an older (circa-1998) pair of these boots. the outer surface of the plastic boot seems to be degrading (it's no longer shiny and some areas have a rough cloudy "bloom"). has anyone else experienced this with plastic boots? can anything be done about it? i use these boots very rarely, so otherwise they are in great shape and i'd like to keep using them if possible.”
