I got this to replace a lost sleeping bag sack. My average size mummy bag fit with a little bit of effort. It compresses the bag to about half the size and seems to be good quality. Overall happy with purchase, exactly as described.

Replace all your sleeping bag sacks with these compression sacks right now, they compressed my bag to half the size allowing me to pack my backpack much smarter with more essentials. The construction seems very durable and the straps held very well without slipping at any point on my trip.

Needed a new stuff sack for my sleeping bag, and I am trying to get into backpacking so I wanted a compression sack to minimize the bulk. Chose this bag because of the dimensions. Fits my sleeping bag perfectly and compresses it nicely to fit into my pack. Nothing complicated. Stuff sack was longer than I envisioned.
I would say buy the large. I have down bags and the medium is more than big enough. My problem with synthetics has always been getting them in the bag to start with and I just think I would go with the large sack unless you are better at stuffing them than me.

This size should fit your bag, but it hard to say without the dimensions. It will fit most regular mummy bags, especially down. It will compress down to about 18", it just depends how tight you pull the straps.
