I bought 4 (2 of each color in his size) of these in different colors for my son. I had also ordered some from a major company in several colors and had to return them. These fit so much better and the fabric was great. I cannot find the Hanes Beefy Tees locally. And I could not believe the pric... Read More

My husband and I often wear T-shirts in our work in construction and river rafting. We almost always wear Hanes Beefy T-shirts. They fit well, have nice color choices and last a long time, feeling even more comfortable after so many washings.

I've been buying these for years. There have never been any detectable (to me) flaws and they're so cheap that I buy them when the color fades just a little. I've also bought several of the more expensive brands on STP but I can't say any has been a better value than these for a heavy weight T. Some colors and sizes, like L apparently sell out quickly, so you have to be quick on the trigger to get your order in.

I bought four of these splendid tee shirts, and am about to buy more. The richness of thick cotton can not be matched, if it's in towels, bath robes or tee shirts. There is no need for a reinforced neck to keep it up high and skin tight. In the south, nothing beats them as they absorb perspiration and keeping your $80 Brooks Brothers dress shirts from getting the unsightly wet armpits. They work well as a collarless casual shirt as their isn't the first hint about being something you pulled out of the drawer. They are perfect golf shirts, unless you are playing on a houity-touity exclusive club where collarless shirts don't meet their pompous dress code. I would prefer these shirts over the 100s of logo shirts where the brand is worth more than the material. The Beefy Tees help you keep your cool from the board room with the multi-million dollar contact to the 18th green and the $500 Nassau wager with the last 5 holes tied.

I have bought several of these shirts in different colors. They are heavy cotton and they lay nice and only shrink slightly. At the last deal flyer, these were around $2.26 each. Buy these for yourself, your husband, sons, daughters, boyfriends, even as gifts. They are awesome shirts. I can't see any defect in them.

    • Answer They've been holding up well. My husband loves his STP Hanes Beefy T's. We picked only 100% cotton ones, wash in cold water and line dry or put in dryer for only a few minutes. No pilling yet, after a few washes.

    • Answer No, this shirt doesn't pill. My husband has been wearing these shirts for years and they are fabulous. They hold their shape, don't pill, don't fad and wear forever. Can't beat Sierra's price either. You won't go wrong ordering these. My only suggestion is: Oder several ! ! !

    • Answer They are 2nds. 2nds are items with barely perceptible blemishes or slight irregularities that do not affect fit, performance or longevity such as an error in the stitching or a slight fading of the product’s color. Labels on 2nds are usually clipped or marked by the manufacturer, and 2nds are often offered at lower prices.

    • Answer The white ones didn't. I suspect they won't even shrink in the dryer. But they're cheap enough that you may want to buy more than what you need and use one as a test case.

    • Answer Zero shrinkage with cotton is pretty rare, however... these don't shrink much. I think they must be prewashed or something. We've had very good luck with them washing well. My husband wears XL and even after zillions of washings, these fit him just fine. Hope this helps.

    • Answer Some of the colors have tags (two in fact) and some of the other colors had no tags. The colors with two tags have an easily removable sizing white tag and then the Hanes Brand tag (a bit trickier to remove without leaving a bit of fringing)but doable. Don't let it stop you from buying these quality t-shirts.
