I bought 4 (2 of each color in his size) of these in different colors for my son. I had also ordered some from a major company in several colors and had to return them. These fit so much better and the fabric was great. I cannot find the Hanes Beefy Tees locally. And I could not believe the pric... Read More

    I like the cotton material.
I try it on, and it is way tooo small, much too smaller than normal.

The fabric is great and the shirts seem well made. I haven't noticed why these four shirts are seconds.
The shirts are way-too-long for me (short female) so, as I've done before, I'll shorten them for everyday and outside-work wear. I like the roominess in these shirts. They will serve their purpose for many years.

  • Question “does it shrinks in dryer? ”

Asked on 1/26/2016 1:38:15 PM by mikey from Ca
    • Answer I think they shrink a little, but that has not been a problem. If they shrink, it is not enough to make them unwearable.
Answered on 1/26/2016 1:49:50 PM by Sassy23 from Henderson, TX
    • Answer Yes it does.
Answered on 1/26/2016 2:21:54 PM by Levi from Sun Valley, Idaho
    • Answer Hanes claims that these T's won't shrink up like most cheaper cotton shirts, but just to be safe, I don't usually leave them in the dryer for more than a few minutes. After that, I put them on a hanger and let them air dry.....a little extra work, but I never worry about shrinkage.
Answered on 1/26/2016 2:47:07 PM by Gmoney from Chicago
    • Answer I tend to line-dry things if possible, so I don't know. Would guess some shrinkage, over time, but not a lot. But that's a guess!

    • Answer I have had these shirts for a while now and have been through multiple wash/dry cycles.
I have not noticed any significant shrinkage.
Answered on 1/26/2016 2:56:08 PM by ScottT from Garden Grove,CA
    • Answer If the fiber content is 100% cotton, it will always shrink in the dryer and also slightly when washing in warm-hot water. The shrinkage was no more than any other articles of clothing I own that are 100% cotton. If the fiber content is not 100% cotton, it will shrink a bit less. The only way to avoid shrinkage when washing, is to wash in cool and hang dry. Hope this helps.

    • Answer These t-shirts are well made and 100% cotton. They will shrink slightly in length, but not a great deal. They retain their shape well after repeated wash/dry cycles.

    • Answer It is not yet erased. But the quality I really liked it. The fabric is thick and soft to the touch. The size is the same.
Answered on 1/27/2016 1:28:22 AM by Sergey from Uzbekistan
    • Answer Yes, gradually over time. There is no noticeable shrinkage after each wash but over time you will notice that the shirt is a bit tighter than when it was new.

    • Answer They are 2nds. 2nds are items with barely perceptible blemishes or slight irregularities that do not affect fit, performance or longevity such as an error in the stitching or a slight fading of the product’s color. Labels on 2nds are usually clipped or marked by the manufacturer, and 2nds are often offered at lower prices.

    • Answer Zero shrinkage with cotton is pretty rare, however... these don't shrink much. I think they must be prewashed or something. We've had very good luck with them washing well. My husband wears XL and even after zillions of washings, these fit him just fine. Hope this helps.

    • Answer Some of the colors have tags (two in fact) and some of the other colors had no tags. The colors with two tags have an easily removable sizing white tag and then the Hanes Brand tag (a bit trickier to remove without leaving a bit of fringing)but doable. Don't let it stop you from buying these quality t-shirts.
