I wear an 8-10 and got a medium because I wanted a more fitted look. It's perfect for wearing over light shirts or sweaters and layering under other coats, which is what I wanted. It has a lot of nice features (zippered chest pocket, cinch at waist) and I love that it has a hood. The hood is snug and stays up well. I only wish the jacket was 2-3 inches longer.

There is nothing subdued about it - it is full on hot pink! I couldn't get past the brightness and am sending it back.
