This is a great jacket. I wear it cycling in Arizona during the winter. It breathes well, has removable sleeves and the yellow color is bright and visible. I am 128 lbs, 5'4" and pear shaped. The medium fits well, although slightly loose.

I got the neon safety green color. I do a lot of bike commuting in the city and I want to be as visible as possible - the bright color is great for that. This jacket is nice and lightweight, and I like that it is water resistant. Although I don't usually bike in the rain, it was drizzling when I biked yesterday and the jacket worked well. For the most part I would say that the jacket fits true to size, however the shoulders seem slightly large and the hips are just slightly tight. I still like the jacket and have been using it a lot.

I got the screaming yellow jacket. It is great !! Fit is perfect. I am 5'2" and 118# and the med. is great without being too flappy and I can wear a nice weight sweater under it. I love the wind resistance and I didn't have any problem with it not breathing. The sleeves are very easy to zip off and they store nicely in the back pocket. The color can be seen a " mile away". I am going to get a lot of mileage out of the jacket when touring.

This has an odd fit - it bunches up at the stomach so that the zipper blebs out. The overall fit was not too small so it was just badly tailored or sewn. Sometimes I get really great deals from STP but sometimes I get very second-rate products.

It is pretty thin, so not much for warmth. Fit is fine (Size small, I'm about 5' 6" and 125 lbs). The zip-off sleeves sold me, for warm but foggy summer mornings. Also a plus to have front pockets!

    • Answer Pull the back pocket all the way out along with straps. Stuff jacked into resulting sack, leaving straps free and assuring that you can operate the zipper.

    • Answer Thanks Trekking Granny from Cape Cod! I was able to do it with your instructions - Sorry I'm a newbie at this! So, is the only purpose of the stuff sack to store the jacket to put around your waist while cycling, maybe in a case that you are cycling without a small backpack to keep things light? I have a day pack with a breathable frame that I use sometimes (and I imagined the jacket would just be folded up in there when not in use), so I just wondered what situation you might use the "stuff sack." :)

  • Question “Does it have a lining? What type of fabric is the lining made out of?”

Asked on 10/18/2015 7:45:32 AM by Gina from Ohio
    • Answer No there's no lining. It's very lightweight and blocks the wind.

    • Answer No lining. Jacket adds a little warmth and wind break when I need it, but isn't too hot. I got it primarily to add visibility and I love it

    • Answer Hi no lining just a light fabric like a spring jacket perfect with a layer underneath .
