I bought this as a layering piece to provide a 2nd wind-proofing layer under my Burton snowboarding shell. I am wearing it over my Pearl Izumi Razor Jersey and the bib on my Burton bib pants and under 200 and 300 thickness Polartech fleece pullovers worn on very cold days. It's really hard to believ... Excellent lightweight and wind stopping jacket!

Qualifier: This is my first and only biking jacket. It fits a just little smaller than I am used to in size large, but I think that that is a function of it being for biking! I love the color and quality seems very nice. I wore it today on a 8 mile trail hike as a 'shell/windbreaker'. It is so nice and lightweight, I knew that as it warmed and I wanted to take it off it would fit in my pack and not weigh a lot. It sprinkled for about half the hike and it kept me perfectly dry.

Nice inexpensive windbreaker. Love the orange color for road visibility. Excellent price with cool features like it zips into itself and can be carried around ones waist when not being worn. I get the sizing issues as this windbreaker is cut for a trim person. If you do not have a six pack abdomen expect this to fit tight. I am 5' 10" and quite overweight at 220 lbs (ideal weight 165-175). The large fits kinda tight but will work great after all the belly fat and love handles are gone. Would totally recommend this product to anyone looking for an inexpensive, bright windbreaker.

    • Answer I bought both the high vis orange and the high vis green. Don't remember seeing a yellow. However, if the description says "Yellow" I am sure it is. Both the orange and green I have are very noticeable and have stopped numerous people from pulling out in front of me when riding.

    • Answer I bought the orange and I would identify it as day-glow orange. It really stands out. I needed visibility when working night auto road races where there is limited track lighting and since we race "rain or shine" the fact that it's water resistant is also helpful. I also like that there is reflective piping at the arm seams that adds to the visibility. And best of all, it folds up into a pocket so you can easily tuck it into a backpack or even a purse. Hope this helps.

    • Answer The orange is very brite...I ride a recumbent trike very low to the ground so I wanted a lot of visibility. ..this fits the bill exactly! Good luck.

    • Answer This shell is a light, rain-resistant, highly visible, efficient windbreaker with ample sleeve length, a short collar and amply long tail for cycle riding. Elastic-type wrists and bottom hem. One horizontally-zippered center-rear POCKET (pouch) with 3/4 inch zipper flap. Great feature: Invert (turn inside-out) the pouch, stuff the empty jacket into the POUCH for easy storage or strap it around your waist with stretchy (hide-away) belly-bands. Has zipper-pulls on inside and outside for easy access to pouch-pocket, as you may employ it.> Not sure about amount of rain-proofing, but rain shedding is excellent in light rain for at least an hour while road cycling.> Good cycling wind protection in high-30Ë┼ís and light rain. Retains body heat well.> Negatives: Retains body moisture in warm-warming conditions; wearer can get soaked; Remedy: pull sleeves to elbows, open front zip. Note: I am 5'11", 183, strong shoulders; SIZE LARGE over 2 long-Ts and 1 short-sleeve lycra jersey works for me.
